This year we offered a wide range of exciting Meek content !
From recording equipment displays to Clavioline demonstrations, the JMS truly put on a show.
Compliments and big thanks to the volunteer bands who performed for us at the Ace Cafe in the evening.

This year we aim to keep the meeting short as to not disturb the opening of Meek day.
We will have some amazing items on display at the hall. A wide selection of recording equipment including Joe's actual pieces from 304!
We encourage local shops and independent sellers to bring your talents to the hall and use the stalls to sell your items. Records, bakes and assorted bits and bobs are all welcome.
We want to see a large turnout of vintage and classic motor vehicles on Meek day!
Vehicles are admitted from 10am at the Newent memorial hall and town square until mid afternoon, making way for the evening celebrations that start at 5pm
We plan to display some truly important items!
As always, lots of vintage recording equipment will be out on display. This year we will have access to Joe's actual machines from 304!
We are holding a must see screening of the much anticipated documentary - The Unexpected Return of Mr Meek. Evening entry is £5, but if you join the JMS on the day entry is included in your year membership.
We welcome The Hornets and the TR5'S to the stage to perform a 45 minute set each. Featuring Meek numbers and 60's classics, both bands will bring music to the town of Newent.
