Once again The Hornets grace the Memorial stage along with the fabulous TR5'S. Both bands went down a storm last year with a string audience. We have included a few other assorted musicians to the line up too but are yet to be confirmed

2026 promises to bring a well stocked display of the most historicaly important items related to Mr Meek and the artists that he worked with. Extreamily rare artifacts will be shown alongside genuine studio recording machines and instruments.

We are open to all classic car owners wanting to attend the AGM day with their beloved Classic!
Last year a mild turnout, this year however brings more motors and Bikes.
We are offering local crafts and antique shops to set up ship on our stalls in the Memorial hall during the day through to early afternoon.

The Sunday brings a guided walk with Joe's niece Sandra through Newent revisiting childhood locations of Joe where he grew up leading to his grave at the cemetery.

The Friday brings a fun , all round great night of dancing at the Joe meek record Hop. A wide variety of era related tunes will be spun to a hall full of Meek fans with the occasional TELSTAR thrown in.
MEEK MANIA 2 - RECORD HOP TICKET
A unique late evening record hop that brings the music of the 1950s & 60s to Newent. The venue also brings a fully licensed bar !

MEEK MANIA 2 - DOCUMENTARY SCREENING OF " THE UNEXPECTED RET
The first full length look at the upcoming documentary based around the life and works of Mr Meek. After the screening we are hosting a Q & A with the Director of the film.
